Hello again, here's a fresh update for Chapter 1. This update probably could have come out sooner, but you know, life and stuff! I learned how to use Git, it's a bit confusing but overall very cool! There was a lot of behind the scenes work done for the next Chapter, maybe we'll share some more detail in a devlog.

For now, the changes...

• Fixed a bug preventing the Vampire from gaining "invisible health" over their max health.
• Fixed a bug where clicking continuously on the Go Fight button would keep repeating the animation and sound.
• Players can no longer merge cards after they're defeated.
• Updated the Monster Event Log to work with BBCode, so now text is more fun, and noticeable.
• Made the Buttons on the Overworld bigger.
• HardMode is now introduced by a Popup menu.
• Added a Transition to Combat animation.
• Added a new "Fizzle" effect for Attacks that are Resisted or Immune.
• Added a Shield Break effect to the Armor Class Icon for Effective and Critical Attacks.
• The Monster will also now flicker when hit with a Critical Attack.
• Updated all the Hard Mode Monsters with new visuals!
• Updated the Overworld Visuals.
• Added new Attacks to all the Hard Mode Monsters.
• Added in the functionality for a Monster to choose an attack Randomly if Multiple Attacks Criteria are met.
  • To Explain Further: Currently a Monster has a set of attacks with rules deciding when to use each. Most of these are reactionary to what the Player did during their turn. Now if Multiple Attacks are met, they will be filtered down by priority, then if multiple still remain one will be chosen randomly. Before it would always pick the first in the list, which happened Alphabetically.
• Changed HardMode Jeff and Barold to be a little easier.
• Changed HardMode Harold, Iggles, and Jimbi to be more difficult.
• Fixed Jeff to actually play his Animations fully.
